General Terms and Conditions of Transport

  1. All animals must be fit for travel and accompanied by all required documentation. For journeys over 65km we will require additional information about your animal to comply with APHA regulations.
  2. The owner is responsible for ensuring animals are suitable for transport and must disclose any history of illness or behavioural issues.
  3. No animals of a vicious temperament or those known to pose a risk to handlers or other animals will be accepted for transport under any circumstances.
  4. Animals must be secured to comply with APHA welfare regulations. Equipment can be supplied by prior arrangement for small and medium size animals.
  5. The transport provider is not liable for injury, illness, or escape resulting from undisclosed behavioural issues.
  6. Road transport will be conducted in accordance with UK animal welfare legislation.
  7. The provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate transport if an animal's behaviour is deemed dangerous or unmanageable.
  8. Payment is due in full prior to transport. Payment by cash or bank transfer only.
  9. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  10. By booking, the owner agrees to these terms and conditions.
